How can I return the product?

- In the event of any damage due to shipping, please contact us via social media platforms or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt and report it using 3 photos from different angles or one video showing the damage to issue a request for a return or replacement of the product. - If there is any missing part or apparent defect; it must be reported within 48 hours of the date of delivery stating the nature of the damage/error/lack by using 3 photos or 1 video via social media platforms or email. (Terms and conditions apply). - In the event that the customer's opinion of the product changes, the products are not eligible for return.

-All return requests are validated by our specialized team to confirm the eligibility of the request. Here are some examples of products that are not eligible for returns: products without the original packaging or not in their original condition Products that are more than 7 days from the date of receipt. Products that are considered for personal use such as bedding, pillow...etc., Products that are found to be defective as misuse, Products that are not assembled by kindaka team via communication platforms.

-All products are eligible for return only if any manufacturing defect is identified or manifested within the first 7 days of receipt and kept as instructed. Please contact us via our social media platforms or email with at least 3 photos or 1 video showing a manufacturing defect to issue a special product return request.

When will the paid amount be refunded?

-In the event of an agreement between kindaka and the customer to recover the amount, the process of refunding the amount paid begins as soon as it is confirmed that the product has been returned to kindaka. The refund process takes 5 to 14 working days (subject to change based on the bank card issuer's policy).

How is the process of refunding the amount paid?

Kindaka does not provide a cash refund process for the customer, and the method of refunding the amount depends on the payment method as follows: -Payment method via bank account the amount is refunded through a bank account. - Vodafone Cash payment method, the amount will be refunded by Vodafone.
